AeroMind is owned and operated by NavSphere LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, shared, and protected when you use the AeroMind mobile application (the “App”).

1. Aviation Content Disclaimer

AeroMind is an aviation-themed puzzle game created for entertainment purposes.

Educational notes, explanations, hints, and other informational content included within the App are provided solely as general references. They must not be considered official aviation guidance, operational procedures, legal requirements, or authoritative sources.

Users are responsible for verifying aviation-related information using current official publications and approved training materials, including:

  • FAA publications

  • Aircraft Flight Manuals (AFM)

  • Pilot’s Operating Handbooks (POH)

  • Approved training materials

  • Applicable aviation regulations

  • Official publications issued by the appropriate aviation authority

AeroMind is not intended to replace professional flight instruction, official documentation, or sound aeronautical decision-making.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

AeroMind may store information locally on your device, including:

  • Game progress

  • Completed levels

  • Achievement progress

  • Sound settings

  • Haptic settings

  • Other gameplay preferences

This information is used to provide a consistent gameplay experience. NavSphere LLC does not directly receive this locally stored gameplay information unless a feature explicitly requires its transmission.

3. Advertising and Automatically Collected Information

AeroMind uses Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements.

Depending on the user’s region, consent choices, device configuration, and enabled services, Google AdMob and its advertising partners may automatically collect or process information such as:

  • IP address, which may be used to estimate general location

  • Device type and operating system information

  • Device or application identifiers

  • Advertising data, including advertisements displayed

  • Advertisement interactions and video views

  • App interactions

  • Crash information

  • Performance and diagnostic information

This information may be used to deliver advertisements, measure advertising performance, prevent fraud, maintain security, diagnose technical issues, and improve advertising services.

AeroMind does not request permission through Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework and does not access Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA).

4. Consent and Privacy Choices

AeroMind uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage privacy notices and user choices where required.

Depending on the user’s location, the App may provide options to:

  • Consent to advertising data processing

  • Reject consent

  • Manage advertising preferences

  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data

  • Reopen and modify privacy choices

When required, users can review or modify their selections through the “Privacy Choices” option in the App’s Settings menu.

If consent is denied or an applicable opt-out is selected, Google may provide non-personalized or limited advertisements, subject to applicable law and Google’s policies.

5. How Information Is Used

Information processed through the App or its service providers may be used to:

  • Save and restore gameplay settings

  • Deliver and measure advertisements

  • Respect consent and opt-out selections

  • Improve app performance and reliability

  • Diagnose technical issues

  • Prevent fraud and maintain security

  • Comply with legal obligations

6. Third-Party Services

AeroMind may use third-party services, including:

  • Apple App Store

  • Apple Game Center, if enabled

  • Google AdMob

  • Google User Messaging Platform

  • Apple crash and diagnostic services

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data Sharing and State Privacy Rights

NavSphere LLC does not directly sell personal information for monetary compensation.

Information may be processed or shared with service providers necessary to operate, secure, advertise, and maintain the App. Certain privacy laws may define some advertising-related transfers as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising.

Where required, AeroMind provides users with the ability to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data through its privacy message or the “Privacy Choices” option.

Information may also be disclosed:

  • When required by law

  • To protect the security or integrity of the App

  • To prevent fraud or abuse

  • In aggregated or de-identified form

8. Data Security and Retention

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used to protect information handled through AeroMind.

Third-party providers may retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations. No method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

AeroMind is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13.

NavSphere LLC does not knowingly request personal information directly from children. If we become aware that personal information has been collected contrary to applicable law, reasonable steps will be taken to address or remove that information.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

If changes are made:

  • The “Last updated” date will be revised.

  • Material changes may be communicated through the App or website when appropriate.

  • Continued use of AeroMind after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
